1. Who we are and what this policy covers
WolZ Games is responsible for developing Neon: Nightclub Tycoon and for the data processing it carries out to support the game. This policy covers the Neon: Nightclub Tycoon Android app, including test and store-distributed versions. The store version identifier is com.wolzgames.neonafterhours; private diagnostic versions may use a different identifier.
The game does not require a WolZ Games account. We do not operate our own servers to store campaigns or offer real-money purchases in this version. Optional Google saving depends on the version, an eligible account and service availability.
2. What data is processed
Game and preferences
Progress, furniture layout, the in-game economy and settings are saved locally; your language preference stays local. Signing in to Google does not automatically upload a guest game. If a valid cloud campaign already exists, it is the reference for that account. If none exists, you can start a new campaign or request a one-time migration of local progress, subject to the game’s checks. After your confirmation, synchronization sends the campaign and metadata about its account link, revision and progression to Google. Neon uses the player identifier to check the account. Local files cannot freely replace a linked campaign. Conflicts or inconsistencies may block an upload and produce local diagnostic records while preserving recovery copies; we do not merge campaigns. These local checks do not guarantee protection against a modified version of the app. System backups follow those services’ settings.
Google Play Games and cloud copies
The Play Games SDK may automatically authenticate an existing profile, depending on Google settings. Neon offers manual sign-in under Options → Saved games and does not require creating a profile to play locally. Google may process gamer identity, SDK analytics and diagnostics, and uploaded saves. We do not request access to friends or other files in your Google Drive.
Ads, consent and diagnostics
Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) may process IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, advertising, app or device identifiers, interactions with ads and apps, performance and diagnostic information, and privacy choices. Processing depends on the SDK, the context and the applicable choices. Google may also process account identifiers where applicable.
When you contact us
We receive your email address and the information you send, such as a description of a problem and screenshots you choose to provide, to respond to your request. Do not send passwords, complete payment details or unnecessary personal information.
Neon does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise location in the version described. We have not installed our own behavioral analytics service or Firebase Analytics in this version.
3. Why we use data and who it is shared with
Local data allows your game and preferences to be saved. Support messages allow us to answer questions, investigate problems and respond to privacy requests. Google services use data to provide and measure ads, diagnose failures, prevent fraud and manage consent choices, according to their policies.
We use optional rewarded ads: test versions use sample ads and the commercial build uses a WolZ Games ad unit. Watching ads is not required to play. UMP checks consent when the app opens, before any ad request, and that check may also involve data processing by Google. When required, the consent flow must take place before ads are requested; if this flow fails, the ad request is blocked.
WolZ Games does not directly sell player data. This does not mean that advertising services stop sharing data according to their policies and the applicable choices.

Providers may process data in other countries. Consult their policies for information about transfers and safeguards. We may disclose information when necessary to meet legal obligations, respond to valid requests from authorities, or protect rights and safety.
4. Your choices and rights
You can continue playing locally without synchronizing with the cloud. Disconnecting or removing the app does not automatically delete the copy held by Google. To manage a game’s Play Games data, see Google’s deletion instructions. Deleting it may affect progress; local copies and support messages are separate.
When made available by the SDK, the “Ad privacy” option in the options area allows you to review your choices. You can also use Android’s advertising controls, including resetting or deleting the advertising identifier when available. This does not prevent all data processing by external services.
You may request information, access, correction, deletion or restriction of data, and withdrawal of consent when these rights apply. Write to the contact below. We may ask only for the information needed to confirm your relationship to the data and handle your request safely. For data controlled directly by Google or GitHub, those providers’ channels are also available.
Depending on the purpose and applicable law, processing is based on carrying out the requested services, consent when required, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as security and support, while respecting your rights. Where applicable, you may also contact the competent data protection authority, such as the ANPD in Brazil.
5. Retention, deletion and security
Local saves remain until removed by the user or the system. Clearing the app’s data or uninstalling it may erase your game; external copies or backups may need to be deleted separately. Do not take these actions without keeping what you want to preserve.
We retain support correspondence for as long as needed for support, security and applicable legal obligations. Data processed by Google, GitHub and email services also follows those providers’ retention periods and controls; uninstalling the game does not automatically delete it.
We take reasonable protective measures and limit access to the necessary data. The page uses HTTPS and the advertising SDK states that it encrypts data in transit. No form of storage or transmission offers an absolute guarantee of security.
6. Minors
The game involves managing a nightclub and is not developed for children. We do not intentionally request personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent personal data to WolZ Games, contact us so we can assess deletion. This policy does not replace the store’s age rating.
7. This page and its updates
This page is static and hosted on GitHub Pages. We have not added forms, advertising cookies, pixels or analytics tools to the page. GitHub may process technical request data, such as IP addresses, to host and protect the service, according to the GitHub Privacy Statement.
We will publish changes at this address, with a new effective date. Significant changes in processing will be communicated through appropriate means and, when necessary, accompanied by a new consent choice.
